Elite Estate (Private) Limited (EEL) – a Joint Venture of Global Real Estate Development Limited and Saif Holdings Ltd, was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Ordinance 1984 in February 2007. The primary purpose of EEL is to develop, undertake and execute projects in the real estate development sector of Pakistan.
The strong growth in demand for commercial, retail, housing and recreational space catering exclusively to the standard and requirements of High Net Worth Individuals and Multi-National Corporations has led EEL to develop this 875-Acre (3,500,000 Sq. Meters) project located to Sector H-17 of Islamabad.
