Elite Estates (Private) Limited (EEPL) is a private limited company incorporated on February 02, 2007 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The principal activity of the Company is to develop residential and commercial properties, parks, golf courses, country clubs, sports complex and other recreational facilities. The company is currently developing a project “Eighteen” also known as “Elite Reverie”.
