Saif Holdings Limited (SHL) was incorporated on February 04, 1993 as a private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The principal activities of SHL to establish, invest and assist its subsidiary and associated companies in Pakistan and abroad. The company has investments in subsidiary and associated companies, mainly engaged in power, energy, real estate, information technology, healthcare services and textile sectors.

Saif Group of Companies (SGC/ Saif Group) means Saif Holdings Limited (SHL) and its subsidiary companies and associated companies in which SHL has made an equity investments.
