Saif Power Limited

Saif Power Limited (SPL) was incorporated on November 11, 2004 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The shares of SPL are listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The principal activity of SPL are to own, operate and maintain a combined cycle power plant having nameplate capacity of 225MW (ISO) in district Sahiwal, Punjab and sell the electricity to National Transmission and Dispatch Company.
